Stage 0 is an exploratory feasibility and logic review.
It does not provide clinical, regulatory, or legal advice or produce formal model architecture, formulas, code, validation packages, or implementation-ready specifications.
Further architecture, formalization, implementation, verification, or validation work requires a separately defined and agreed project scope.
